AtlasIED CT31A Heavy-Duty Adjustable Support Caster for Wall Cabinets

The AtlasIED CT31A is designed for AV integrators and system installers who need to reduce the structural load placed on a wall when deploying large wall-mount cabinets, particularly those with 61-inch panel space configurations. By supporting the center section weight whether the cabinet is open or closed, this caster prevents the wall fasteners from bearing excessive stress over time — a critical concern in permanent installed-sound and AV rack environments where equipment-loaded cabinets can reach significant weights.

Constructed from formed 14-gauge cold-rolled steel and finished in black, the CT31A is built to the same durability standard as the cabinets it supports. The zinc-plated heavy-duty caster with a black hard-tread wheel rolls smoothly for positioning while maintaining the cabinet's stability once set. The included drilling template simplifies field installation, reducing layout time during rough-in. Only one unit is required per cabinet, and the cabinet must be mounted no less than 6 inches from the floor to accommodate the caster's height range. Note that the center section guide plate must be removed prior to installation.
