AtlasIED DPA804 Networkable 4-Channel 70V Power Amplifier

The AtlasIED DPA804 is designed for systems integrators and installed sound engineers who need a single amplifier to handle mixed impedance environments — paging, background music, and foreground stereo — without deploying separate units. Its three configurable amplification modes let you run a full 70.7V or 100V distributed audio system, a four-channel low-impedance setup for 4Ω or 8Ω loads, or a hybrid split configuration covering both high and low impedance zones simultaneously across two channel pairs.

Out of the box, the DPA804 operates as a traditional four-channel 70.7V commercial amplifier with no programming required, making it viable for straightforward installs. For more complex deployments, the onboard DSP — accessible via any web browser on a PC, iOS, or Android device — provides per-channel EQ, limiting, high and low pass filters, delay, and level control. An accessory card slot accepts either the DPA-DAC4 Dante receiver for networked AV infrastructures or the DPA-AMIX for additional mic, line, and AUX inputs, expanding the total input count from four balanced inputs to eight.

For facilities management and multi-site installs, PC-based DPA Site Manager software supports LAN IP auto-discovery, fault reporting, standby scheduling, and remote amplifier activation — tools that reduce on-site service calls and support scalable system monitoring. GPIO ports, contact closure muting, audio-sense auto power down, and password-protected settings make the DPA804 a practical choice for hospitality, education, corporate, and house-of-worship installations where reliability and remote management are operational requirements.
