Built for integrators and AV teams deploying wireless gooseneck microphones where a wired desk mic is impractical, such as lecterns, boardroom tables, and meeting rooms. The transmitter pairs with the ES925 Series gooseneck family, so the same base can be matched to the room with a choice of gooseneck lengths from 4.85" to 21.08" and MicroLine, hypercardioid, or cardioid pickup patterns.

Operation is designed for non-technical users. Three mute behaviors let you decide whether a talker toggles, holds to speak, or holds to mute, and LED lamps on the switch and the rear of the unit show mute status at a glance. The unit can also be configured to power up muted or live, which helps control what reaches the PA or conferencing system at the start of every session.

Power flexibility sets it apart from desk transmitters with fixed batteries. The lithium-ion pack is user-replaceable, so a spare can keep a long event running, and a USB-C connection lets the unit stay in service while it charges. Drop-in charging is available with the ESW-CHG5 station, sold separately, for facilities that prefer docked charging.
