Bogen Microphone Advanced Input Module EQ Filter | With Screw Terminal

Bogen Microphone Advanced Input Modules give installers a way to condition microphone signals before they reach the rest of the sound system. As signal processing devices in the equalizer and filter class, they act on the frequency range of the audio, which helps address low-end rumble, handling noise, and uneven vocal tone at the point of entry instead of chasing it downstream with other gear.

Integrators working on paging, conference rooms, classrooms, houses of worship, and similar installed audio projects can match the module to the wiring already in the rack or at the wall plate, since it is offered with screw terminal or XLR connections. That choice keeps field terminations straightforward whether the job is a permanent hard-wired run or a connector-based microphone drop.

Compared with a generic outboard equalizer, a purpose-built input module from Bogen puts the processing right where the microphone enters the system. That simplifies system design for engineers who want filtering and EQ handled at the input stage, with fewer adapters, patch points, and extra boxes to document and maintain.
