The ELE-DOVETAIL-9 is a simple but well-built base plate system consisting of a camera mount, a 9” dovetail plate, and an included optional ventilated 1/4” riser. The camera mount has an ARRI-style rosette attached on two sides for accessory mounting, as well as slots for both 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 screws. The 9” long dovetail plate has 11 mounting points for perfect camera balance and placement, as well as a rear removable hard stop and front release switch to keep your camera secure, and the included riser is ventilated to reduce overall weight and allow for air movement in cameras like the BlackMagic Cinema Camera.
