The Lectrosonics CH40 is a purpose-built AC adapter and battery charger designed for use with current-model Lectrosonics rechargeable products and select LecNet system components. For engineers and production teams running Lectrosonics wireless systems in live sound, broadcast, or installed audio environments, the CH40 provides a reliable bench or rack-adjacent power source that keeps gear charged and operational without requiring battery management in the field.

Accepting 110/115VAC mains input and delivering a regulated 20VAC output at 500mA, the CH40 is matched to the power requirements of compatible Lectrosonics hardware. It is not compatible with the Long Ranger 4; operators requiring a charger for that unit should reference the DCR15/2AU. This specificity matters in a professional inventory context: using the correct adapter protects equipment and ensures proper charge behavior for supported rechargeable models. For integrators and production staff maintaining a fleet of Lectrosonics components, the CH40 is the correct replacement or supplemental adapter for supported units in the current product lineup.
