The LD Systems LDS-MAILAS is a scalable powered column array stereo system built for portable PA applications that need strong output, controlled coverage, and flexible setup options. This MAILA configuration combines two MAILA SUB bandpass subwoofers, six MAILA SAT passive array satellites, and two MAILA SPA amplifier modules to create a compact left-right system suited to speech, music playback, DJ work, and small live performances. With a total RMS output of 7600 W and a frequency response of 34 Hz to 20 kHz, it is designed to cover a wide range of event audio requirements from full-range program material to more demanding low-frequency content.

The system architecture supports practical deployment for production teams and event providers. Each subwoofer uses a 2 x 15" bandpass design, while the satellite elements use a 2-way format with 100° horizontal dispersion and adjustable vertical coverage across the system. Wireless app-based control is supported, and the included speaker poles help streamline ground stack setups. Construction details such as birch multiplex cabinets, aluminum satellite housings, and protective finishes reflect a design intended for repeated transport and live event use.
