Construction starts with 3/8" laminated plywood shaped by CNC machining for consistent tolerances on every unit. The signature Honeycomb Digital Surface laminate adds a hexagonal grid pattern that resists everyday scratches and scuffs without adding bulk. Interior padding is high-density foam containing 70% recycled materials, sourced primarily from post-consumer plastic bottles and post-industrial content, so the case meets both protection and environmental responsibility requirements that matter to conscientious production operations.
Hardware choices reflect the realities of production life. Four 4" steel casters, two of which lock, make rolling the 74-pound loaded case across venue floors and loading docks straightforward. Caster trays built into the lid allow the case to pack efficiently in trucks. Recessed butterfly latches, reinforced dual anchor rivets, spring-loaded rubber handles, and aluminum caster dishes complete a hardware package that holds up under daily professional use.
