The RCF HVL 15-P1 is a professional passive three-way loudspeaker engineered for long-throw applications in large venues, houses of worship, arenas, and under-balcony installations. Sound reinforcement engineers working fixed installs will find the 60 degree horizontal by 30 degree vertical coverage pattern purpose-built for controlling dispersion across deep audience planes without over-spraying side walls or balcony faces. The cabinet back is specifically shaped to accommodate under-balcony mounting, reducing the need for additional delay fills in complex room geometries.
Powered in bi-amped mode by RCF-recommended amplifiers, the system handles 1000 W RMS on the low-frequency section and 900 W RMS across the mid and high sections, with an internal passive crossover managing the MF-to-HF transition at 1000 Hz. All six transducers use neodymium magnet assemblies, keeping weight practical for a cabinet of this output class while maintaining high sensitivity across the frequency range.
