Using its infrared interface, the SK 500 G4 offers easy, flexible synchronization between the wireless transmitter and receiver. Other features include its capacity for up to 32 compatible channels, high RF output power (depending on country regulations), and an ethernet connection advanced multi-channel frequency coordination via Wireless Systems Manager (WSM) control software.

The SK 500 G4 comes with two AA batteries as well as a pouch to protect the transmitter from dust during transport and storage.
