The UA874WB addresses the challenge of maintaining clean RF signal paths in complex wireless installations where omnidirectional antennas create vulnerability to interference. An onboard low-noise amplifier with four selectable gain positions enables system designers to overcome insertion loss in extended coaxial runs without adding external in-line amplifiers. The integrated swivel bracket supports stand mounting for touring applications, ceiling suspension in fixed installations, or wall placement for architectural integration. Compatible with any Shure receiver or distribution system offering 10 to 15 VDC bias power over coax, the antenna operates across the full 470 to 900 MHz spectrum to support G50, J50, H50, and international frequency bands within a single hardware investment.
