The TOA N-SP80VS1 is a SIP-compliant video door station built for professional intercom deployments in commercial, institutional, and access-control installations. It pairs directly with IP telephone systems, allowing a station operator to hold a hands-free conversation with a visitor while simultaneously viewing live video from the integrated camera. A built-in luminance sensor automatically switches to infrared illumination in low-light or nighttime conditions, ensuring usable video regardless of ambient lighting. An acoustic echo canceller delivers clear, full-duplex audio without the feedback artifacts common in flush-mounted enclosures.

For integrators managing larger facilities, the N-SP80VS1 supports multicast audio stream reception for paging broadcasts, making it a functional node in a wider IP audio network. The built-in relay output enables direct control of an adjacent door strike or lock, eliminating the need for a separate control module at the entry point. Two control inputs and two relay outputs give installers flexibility for additional trigger devices or indicators. The unit operates over PoE via a standard RJ45 connection to any IEEE 802.3af-compatible switch, or from a 12 V DC external supply, keeping cabling simple in retrofit environments.

The stainless steel panel carries an IP65 rating, making it suitable for exterior and semi-exposed mounting locations subject to dust and water spray. Flush-mount installation into a compatible 4-size back box keeps the profile clean and tamper-resistant. Video is delivered in H.264, MPEG-4, or MJPEG, and the SIP stack supports both SIPv1 and SIPv2 with TLS encryption and IP address filtering for secure deployments.
