  • What's the difference between the Small, Medium, and Large kits?

    Each kit is sized for a different room footprint, supporting spaces up to roughly 33 x 18 ft (10 x 5.5 m) for the largest configuration. Kits combine the MXA902 ceiling array microphone/loudspeaker with either the Huddly IQ or Huddly L1 camera depending on room size. Tell us your room dimensions and we'll recommend the right kit.

  • What network infrastructure do we need?

    The MXA902 ceiling array and Huddly L1 camera connect over Ethernet (RJ45), and the IMXTP11 touch panel is powered over Cat6 via DisplayLink. Your facility's existing network should be evaluated for bandwidth, switch capacity, and cabling before install.

  • Does this kit require a separate Microsoft Teams Rooms license?

    Yes. The hardware and pre-installed software are included, but a Microsoft Teams Rooms license is sold separately. We recommend confirming the right license tier with your IT team before deployment.

  • Can the system be managed remotely?

    Yes. The kit supports centralized remote management through ShureCloud, the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, and the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal — so IT teams can monitor, update, and troubleshoot rooms across multiple locations without being on-site. The compute also supports Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.

  • Does the kit work with Microsoft 365 Copilot?

    Yes. Shure's IntelliMix Room DSP enhances speech and removes distracting sounds, ensuring every word is heard clearly and transcribed accurately with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
