The RME Fireface UCX II is a 40-channel, highly integrated pro audio solution in an ultra-compact, half-rack format designed for studio and live recordings, featuring 24-bit/192 kHz AD/DA conversion, two mic/line preamps, and extensive analog and digital I/O including ADAT, AES/EBU, S/PDIF, and MIDI.
It includes RME's SteadyClock FS femtosecond clock technology, full stand-alone operation with internal memory for six device states, Direct USB Recording (DURec) for computer-free multitrack recording, and the TotalMix FX DSP mixer for comprehensive latency-free routing and monitoring.
